In a Biomass ESCo a biomass boiler plant is provided free of cost, from this energy in the form of hot water is provided to your company to meet its heating and hot water requirement.
Your company is charged based upon metered hot water usage.

If you choose an ESCo, Filtrex will design a mobile, modularised biomass system with fuel store which is tailored to your specific heating needs. Filtrex’s modular biomass heating plant can be lifted on to site and connected to your existing heating system, thus minimising disturbance to your business.

In an ESCo no capital out lay is needed, Filtrex finance, design, build and install your biomass boiler system. You simply gain the advantages of lower energy costs and emissions. In an ESCo the client enters into a long term (10 Years) contract at a pre agreed index related prices to buy metered energy.
What is a Heat Supply Contract?
In a heat supply contract Filtrex take over the operation of your boiler, provide the necessary servicing, and provide fuel. Your company is simply billed on the amount of heat used.
Since in a Heat Supply Contract, you are only billed for the heat received it is in your heat provider’s best interest to operate the Biomass Boiler system in the most efficient manner possible.
