Spark detection systems can also monitor temperatures in filters, silos and other fuel stores to warn users of any deviation from normal temperatures. The control system acts as a warning system for machine sparks, fan sparks and rising temperatures. Event triggering causes a sounder and alarm beacon to light which must be acknowledged by personnel to ensure steps can be taken to avoid further extinguishment events.
